We are the authorised premium reseller for all the product brands which we carried. All the products come with official warranty as provided by the manufacturers directly or their Singapore authorised distributors. We support local businessess and thus do not import products from oversea trading companies. How are items delivered to me?
All items are shipped via Singapore Post registered, smartpac (mailbox) or SpeedPost with tracking code. We drop our parcels with Singapore Post and count on them to deliver to you. We will email you the article number or tracking code so that you may check the delivery status via Singpost.com.sg.
What are your Singapore delivery fees and lead time?
Everyday Free Shipping SG $0.00 with no minimun purchase required (averages 3-5 working days) or Expedited Shipping at SG $5.00 (averages 2-3 working days).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Flat SG $15 for worldwide delivery. Delivery to Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam in estimated 5 to 8 working days. A shipping notification with tracking code will be sent to you when the order has been shipped.

I have not received my item(s). What can I do?
Do not panic. If you have not received your items within a week upon dispatch, do contact us with your order number so that we can do a quick check for you.

Do I have to register an account to purchase from your website?
Yes, you do have to register an account to purchase from our website. We are only able to accept/process orders placed through our website. If you have problem registering an account, do contact us and we will guide you in registration.
How do I register?
To register, you will need to have a working email address. Simply click on “Create an Account" at the top of the page and follow the steps to start registering. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully registered.
Ordering & Redemption of Gift Certificates/Coupons
How do I order from your website?
Simply click on the item that you wish to purchase, choose the “colour” and “size” (if applicable) and “Add to Cart”. You may choose to “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. If you decides to make payment, click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the steps to proceed with your order. An invoice will be sent to your email address when the order has been successfully placed/confirmed. If you do not receive any invoice, it could either mean your order has not been processed/confirmed properly or it could be in your spam/junk folder.
Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?
If you are unable to add the item to the shopping cart, it could mean that it is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our website.
What does it mean when an item is on Pre-Order?
An item on Pre-Order simply means that you are still able to purchase the item but you will have to place an order upfront with advance payment and receive it only at a later date. The estimated date of arrival will be stated in the product page.
How do I order an item that is on Pre-Order?
It is the same as the normal order process.
I have ordered both an item that is in stock and on Pre-Order. Will the items be shipped together or separately?
We will ship the in-stock item first and upon the availability of the pre-order item, we will process the delivery as accordance.
I have received a gift certificate or coupon. How do I redeem it?
To redeem apply a gift certificate or coupon, simply enter code in the Step 5 of “Order Confirmation Page” and click “Apply”. All discount codes are case-sensitive.
Return & Exchange Policy
I have received an item that has a defect. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return and exchange for same item, upon verification that the product is defective. Please send us a snapshot of the defect along with your order number and a customer service representative will be in touch with you within 1 working day. The return and exchange for the same item must be done within 7 working days. Do note return and refund is not allowed.
Are products sold refundable?
All products sold and delivered/self collected are not refundable.
